- Cooperage chimney repair estimated cost = $1400
- Decrease bridge debt which is currently over $40,000
- Cost of post replacement in the basement of the Mill (work will be done by Alysworth House Movers)
- Add interpretive panels to the Motor Mill site, inside the Mill & the Cooperage) to enable guests to take self guided tours
